In order to hire any equipment you will need to :-

Pay the minimum deposit of 100€

Supply a valid, original, passport or residencia for our staff to photocopy

Give your full address in Spain with a valid contact telephone number

Give your vehicle registration  

Give the location where the equipment will be used

Pay the hire charge in advance (for estimated period)

Weekend Hire rates

Terms of weekend hire.

Machines must be picked up after 17.00 on Friday and returned in good condition, ready to hire by 09.00 Monday morning.  Late returns will be charged per day.

Machines not on weekend hire and not returned by 13.00 on Saturday will be automatically be charged for Sunday by the standard day rate and no discounts will be given

Long term rates

Items on long term let must be paid for in advance on a two weekly basis. For items required beyond 4 weeks, a discount can be negotiated to be given upon safe return of the item.

Cleaning of items

A charge will be made at the managers’ discretion for cleaning items returned in a dirty condition

Breakages

All damage to items during the hire period are the responsibility of the hirer and will be charged accordingly without exception.

MACHINES KEPT LONGER THAN THE CONTRACTED PERIOD WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL BE REPORTED AS STOLEN AND FULL DETAILS OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE SUPPLIED TO THE POLICE.

We do not accept cheques.
